1. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before they are picked up by the shipping carrier.

Once the shipment has been collected by the courier, the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via:

If your order qualifies for cancellation, a refund of the full order amount will be issued minus any payment gateway or transaction fees.

2. Returns

As our products are medical-grade and sensitive in nature, we cannot accept returns once the order has been delivered, regardless of whether the items are opened or unopened.

If you have remaining, unused, or unopened products, we recommend donating them to a nearby veterinary clinic to help other cat owners in need.

3. Replacements for Damaged Items

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. If you receive items that are damaged during shipping, we will replace them promptly.

 

How to request a replacement:

Please submit:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage

  • Your order details

  • A short description of the issue

Once your claim is verified and approved, we will ship a replacement within 24 hours.

Important Notes:

  • Replacements are provided only for items damaged during transit.

  • Refunds are not issued for used, opened, or partially used products.

  • Claims should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.
