We are so confident in our treatments that we guarantee it: if your cat relapses after completing treatment with Basmi FIP™ products, we will cover up to 50% of your relapse treatment cost.

What Our Relapse Guarantee Covers:
Cats that completed a full course of treatment
If your cat completed an 84-day treatment course using exclusively Basmi FIP™ products, you are covered for a full 12 months from the date treatment ended. Should FIP return within that window, we will provide a 50% discount on all relapse treatment for up to an additional 84 days.
To activate your guarantee, simply provide:

The blood test report completed at the end of treatment
We'll use this to design a relapse protocol — typically 2 weeks for mild cases, up to 12 weeks for severe ones.
Cats that recovered before 84 days
96% of cats respond achieve full recovery on or before the 84-day mark*. We respect that outcome. If your cat recovered early and relapses within 6 months of ending treatment, the same 50% guarantee applies — for up to 84 days of relapse treatment.
To activate:

Provide the blood test report confirming recovery at end of treatment

Confirm your cat did not undergo surgery, neutering, castration, or vaccination within 84 days of ending treatment (these procedures can trigger immune responses that mimic or precipitate relapse, outside the scope of treatment efficacy)
*Important Conditions
Blood test requirement. The guarantee is tied to confirmed recovery, not just treatment completion. A final blood test showing clear FIP markers is required to activate the guarantee in all cases. Cats that ended treatment without a final blood test are not eligible for the discount — but our treatment team is available to help you assess the situation and design an appropriate continuation or restart plan.
Basmi FIP™ products only. Our guarantee applies to cats treated exclusively with Basmi FIP™ products. Every brand formulates differently, and mixing products introduces variables we cannot account for. If your cat used products from multiple brands, we cannot guarantee outcomes — but we will still help. Contact us and we'll work with you to bring the infection back under control as quickly as possible.
