This guarantee is valid for injection vials and oral capsules purchased within 30 days of the refund claim. We charge a ₹1,000 fee (and 3% credit card transaction fee) to cover expenses related to restocking process.  Shipping fee and payment transactions fees are not refundable.  Keep vials and capsules at ambient temperature, away from sunlight.
